The Yaxxa Omni Dialler is available within the FreshDesk interface with the use of the Yaxxa Omni Phone Bridge app.
How to enable the Yaxxa Omni Phone Bridge within FreshDesk
- Step 1: Add the Yaxxa Omni Phone Bridge app to FreshDesk (if not yet already done by your Administrator)
- Step 2: Log into your Yaxxa Omni Account
Step 1: Add the Yaxxa Omni Phone Bridge app to FreshDesk (if not yet already done by your Administrator):
- Within FreshDesk, click on the Marketplace icon on the top right and select Marketplace Apps:
- Click on Manage Apps:
- Select Custom Apps. Ensure that Enable App is switched on for the Yaxxa Omni Phone Bridge:
Step 2: Log into your Yaxxa Omni Account
- The Yaxxa Omni Phone Bridge will now be accessible on the bottom right pane on every FreshDesk page. To close the window, click on the icon:
- Sign in with your Yaxxa Omni Username, Password and Tenant ID. Click Next to login.
- If you are unsure of your credentials, please consult your Administrator or Yaxxa Support.
